The founder story
Built by a trader who learned to code.
No founder myth. Just why I built aersyn.ai, and why I am the one you will meet on the first call, the one who runs your onboarding, and the one who answers when something breaks. I quoted aerospace parts for a living before I wrote a line of code, and every screen in this product exists because I needed it at my own desk.
Act one, on the floor
I traded the parts myself.
Before aersyn.ai, I was on the other side of the inbox. Ex-Thales, then a broker and trader of aerospace parts. I entered that world a decade ago, and I lived the RFQ pile, the copy and paste, the quotes that went out a day too late. I left because the AI I wanted did not exist yet. Nobody was building it for traders like us, so I set out to.
Act two, the first try
My first startup did not make it.
I had tried once before, and it failed. That first company taught me the gap between a clever demo and a tool people actually open every morning, and to earn trust by solving one real problem end to end before selling anyone a vision.
Act three, aersyn.ai
So I built the thing I wanted.
This time I started from the work, not the pitch. First for myself. Then for Delphine, live in under two weeks. I write the code myself, so when a client needs a commercial rule changed, I change it, and a human still decides on every quote that goes out.
Continuity
And if aersyn.ai goes away?
Bootstrapped and profitable. No burn-and-pray, no runway countdown. And if we ever disappear, nothing about your operation is held hostage.
This is not a promise, it is a mechanism: reversibility is written into the Terms, with a published exit runbook.
