Follow-ups are included and never count as a transaction.

One transaction is one email processed by the AI, an RFQ, a vendor quote or a purchase order, up to 50 part numbers per email (above that, an email counts as one transaction per 50 part numbers, so a 120-line Excel counts as 3), or one part number sourced on the web, where sourcing the same part again on the same day is free. Follow-ups are included on every plan and never count as a transaction. The grid, the estimator, and this page all use that single definition.
Do you charge per user?
No. You pay for the transactions aersyn.ai handles, and follow-up is included on every plan.
