Standard Microsoft 365 encryption, single sign-on through Entra ID.

Security here is the standard software kind: NDAs, scoped access, backups. Nothing exotic for your team to approve.
Continuity and reversibility
If we ever disappear: your tenant, your domain, your data. You are back on Excel the next day. Reversibility is written into the Terms, with a published exit runbook.
A source code escrow, released only if aersyn.ai ever ceases operating, is planned for a later phase. It is not a signed arrangement today, and the reversibility above is what you can rely on.
Support
You reach the founder directly, not a ticket queue. Live support in English and French, 6am to 11pm Central European Time, covering the full Gulf working day and the US business day to the Eastern close.
Security questions
Can the AI send quotes without a human?
Only if you turn it on, and only on your own stock. By default, your trader reviews the finished draft and hits send. Sourcing suppliers is always human.
What about deals closed on the phone?
The phone deal still closes on the phone. aersyn.ai logs it, preps the paperwork, and keeps the follow-up alive.
Where does our data live?
In the Microsoft 365 tenant you already own. French data residency is available if you need it.
Is our data used to train a model?
No. Your data is never used to train a model.
What happens if aersyn.ai disappears?
Your tenant, your domain, your data. Reversibility is written into the Terms, and there is a published exit runbook: you export everything to CSV or JSON and you are back on Excel the next day. The company is bootstrapped and profitable, no burn-and-pray.
Do we need to connect our ERP?
No. A controlled outbound push from the Microsoft 365 tenant you already own is enough. If you want a tighter link, we build and maintain a tailored connector to your ERP.
