Product and human-in-the-loop
Can the AI send quotes without a human?
Only if you turn it on, and only on your own stock. By default, your trader reviews the finished draft and hits send. Sourcing suppliers is always human.
What does aersyn.ai actually do on my desk?
It reads every incoming RFQ, matches it against your stock and your last quotes, drafts a priced reply, and follows up on every quote. Your traders make every call.
What about deals closed on the phone?
The phone deal still closes on the phone. aersyn.ai logs it, preps the paperwork, and keeps the follow-up alive.
Getting started and effort
How long until we are live?
About two weeks. Phase 1 connects aersyn.ai to your Outlook and encodes your commercial rules and client tiers.
What do we need to prepare for the first call?
Nothing. The first call is a show and tell: we show, you watch. No NDA, nothing to prepare.
Data and security
Where does our data live?
In the Microsoft 365 tenant you already own. French data residency is available if you need it.
Is our data used to train a model?
No. Your data is never used to train a model.
Continuity and exit
What happens if aersyn.ai disappears?
Your tenant, your domain, your data. Reversibility is written into the Terms, and there is a published exit runbook: you export everything to CSV or JSON and you are back on Excel the next day. The company is bootstrapped and profitable, no burn-and-pray.
Pricing
Do you charge per user?
No. Plans include seats, and follow-up is included on every plan. You pay for the quotes aersyn.ai handles.
Integrations
Do we need to connect our ERP?
No. A controlled outbound push from the Microsoft 365 tenant you already own is enough. If you want a tighter link, we build and maintain a tailored connector to your ERP.
Which email platform do you support for RFQ intake?
RFQ intake is Outlook and Microsoft 365 only. Excel, Google Sheets, and OneDrive are stock data sources, not email intake.
